I’m beyond stoked for her next record, and this single has been on repeat all week. Jack Antonoff really nailed it with this one. From what sounds like a Roland Juno to open the track, to the slight nod towards country music in the guitars and Dolly Parton-esque vocal line in the hook, this song is sure to give you a laugh & good vibes at the same time.

Sticking with the Jack Antonoff theme here, I went into his producer playlist on Apple Music and discovered this song by FKA twigs. I’ve been into really vibey sht lately, and this song definitely fits the bill. I know it’s from 2019, but for a dude that listens to a ton of guitar-forward music, this was a nice change of pace.

I highly recommend checking out the playlist. There’s some great stuff on there. Lots of T-swift for my fellow Swifties too 😉

If you follow me on social media, I put out an IG story a couple of days ago about doing a collaborative, multi-genre EP. I want to get as many musicians as I can on it, while also exploring/melding genres I don’t normally produce such as Pop, Indie, Alternative, Hip Hop, and Electronic.

Who can be a part of this: I do ask that you have some level of recording experience to be involved. There are a lot of logistics involved in a collaborative passion project like this so I need to make sure that I can be as efficient with our time as possible.
