When I found out that a few of my talented friends from Miami were putting together a new band, I was beyond stoked. What I was not ready for, however, was for them to go as hard as they did when starting Intrabloom. The Miami-based quartet is a perfect blend of modern heavy music with a nostalgic nod to the early 2000s nu-metal sensation. Their latest single ‘Misato’, captures Intrabloom’s sonic identity beautifully, and I’m so excited to hear more from their upcoming album. For me, this is a must listen. This band is going to get real big real fast.

Oh boy. Old Varials is back?!!! Not quite, but it sure is leaning that way. “I’ll Find the Dark” to me feels like a nod to the “Pain Again” & “In Darkness” era of Varials, alongside being the debut of new vocalist Skyler Conder, who you might know as being the powerhouse voice behind the band Cell.

Btw, you should check out Cell too. They rip.

I’m excited to see what this notoriously aggressive band conjures up as they enter this new era. Give this one a spin, and be prepared to disrespect your surroundings.

We are getting so close to shipping the beta of Tourpass and I am so beyond stoked for you all to try it out. It’s been amazing seeing this product come to life & I hope it impacts the music industry in a positive way. I’m going to be wrapping up the ‘shows’ feature this weekend, which will allow venues and promoters to post upcoming shows, while automatically pulling in the artists on the bill, ticketing information, venue info so that fans never miss another show promotion on social media, as well as have everything they need in one place to share and save the info for upcoming shows in their area.

I don’t think I mentioned that Tourpass is for fans too! By default, everyone starts their journey as a fan account, keeping you up to date with everything going on with your favorite artists, venues, etc. Tourpass users will also have the ability to create professional accounts if they’re an artist, producer, tour manager, venue, PR team, bus company, merch company, promoter…..anything under the music industry umbrella.

My hope is that this platform makes the music industry community feel less like a secret society and more like a thriving community that will help artists and brands connect & grow.
